Founded by professor and lawyer Mr. Miquel Masot Miquel in 1965

Throughout his professional career, he participated in the Commission to draft the preliminary draft of the 1990 Balearic Civil Law Compilation, reflecting a commitment and close connection with our society. Additionally, he was recognized for his numerous academic works, earning the merit to be appointed by the General Council of the Judiciary, from a shortlist prepared by the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, to serve as Magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands. He also served as president of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of the Balearic Islands for eight years.

Since his incorporation in 1992, following in his father’s footsteps, Mr. Josep Masot Tejedor has continued this valuable tradition. Recognized for his experience and knowledge in Balearic Civil Law, especially in succession law, Josep Masot Tejedor has expanded his commitment to the Historical Heritage of the Balearic Islands. He is an active member of the Historical Heritage Commission and the ARCA association, which is dedicated to defending Balearic heritage. His love for the island has led the firm to become one of the best specialized in administrative matters related to heritage, cataloguing, and the defence of public roads in the Balearic Islands.
